Convention Preseason Starts Tonight
The Preseason for Diocesan Convention begins with the first game, or rather meeting, tonight.
The Preseason meetings give delegates, clergy and any one else a chance to meet the candidates for Diocesan offices, hear about the Diocesan budget and resolutions that are coming to Convention and to ask questions.
The theme of Convention is “and God saw that it was good”, so the Preseason meetings will also allow some time for sharing the good things that are happening in congregations and in the Diocese.
Everyone is welcome at all of the Preseason Meetings. The meeting dates, times and places are:
- Tuesday October 11 at the Diocesan Ministry Center at 7 pm
- Thursday October 13 at St. James’, Batavia at 7 pm
- Tuesday October 18 at St. Matthias’, East Aurora at 7 pm
- Sunday October 23 at St. Luke’s, Jamestown at 2:30 pm
Diocesan Convention is Friday & Saturday October 28 &29 at the Niagara Falls Convention Center.
