Pre-Convention Meetings in October

Members of both the Dioceses of Western New York and Northwestern Pennsylvania are invited to attend one of four joint pre-convention gatherings:

October 3 at 7 p.m. at St. James, Batavia, New York

October 6 at 2 p.m. at St. Luke’s, Jamestown, New York

October 7 at 7 p.m. at St. John’s, Franklin, Pennsylvania

October 9 at 7 p.m. at the Diocesan Ministry Center, Tonawanda, New York

Nominations

Download the Western New York nominations packet  and the Northwestern Pennsylvania nominations packet.
Nominations for Trustees, Standing Committee clergy members and General Convention clergy deputies are now closed, as the required number of nominations was received by the original deadline of September 15. Nominations for Diocesan Council, Standing Committee lay members and General Convention lay deputies are also closed after an extended nomination deadline of September 27. Nominations for General Convention lay alternates will be received from the convention floor. 

Resolutions and Budgets

Download the Western New York resolutions and the Northwestern Pennsylvania resolutions.
Any resolutions submitted after the deadline of September 10 will come under the guidelines of Western New York Canon 21.1.1 and Northwestern Pennsylvania Title III, Canon 5, Section C. Please email resolutions to Michael Brown, who will coordinate with the secretaries.
