St. Peter’s Healthy Lifestyles meets Wednesday between 10:15am-11:30am. Our focus is to live a Healthy life by eating whole foods when at all possible, to exercise as able and to give each other spiritual support along the way.
Weekly weigh in, support, instruction, monthly exercise class and occasional outings are offered. No pre registration necessary. Dues are only $5/month.

Respite for Caregivers
St. David’s Episcopal Church 3951 Seneca St. West Seneca, NY 14224
Offered the third Thursday of every month, from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
St David’s is joining several other churches in the Southtowns in offering caretakers of family members with mild stage dementia/alzheimer’s a four hour break while their loved ones are at St. David’s enjoying games, crafts, music, exercise and socialization. Our guests will be with trained volunteers. Lunch will be provided. Ongoing the program will be offered on the third Thursday of each month from 10:30 to 2:30. Applications are available by calling 674-4670 or emailing st.davids1@verizon.net. We are also welcoming volunteers who would like to use their gifts in this ministry.
